The Pre-Season match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's embarrasing why the hell is henderson playing LB? It's not his position and he looks all over the place there (unsurprisingly). It's hardly doing these players' confidence any good being played out of position and it's ridiculous that we dont look like signing a left back and instead are going to make do.

Haven't conceded from a set piece today and only special circumstances have a stopped a total clean sheet.

By the look of that roll of fat around his stomach he is obviously preparing for a long cold winter.

Came home on my lunch hour and im still in shock at this. We cant be surprised though as every left back weve had in the last 10 years has been a converted attacking midfielder

Well in from Frimpong there - that's what Song doesn't know how to do. Get his body in the way without fouling the player.

Not defending the guy as such but at least he (arshavin) is willing to pull the trigger as opposed to most of the tippy tappy *word censored*
