The Pre-Season match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The Pre-Season match thread

Post by AFCWozza »

The Arsenal have 2 matches scheduled today.. not sure wether to go to the lamex stadium or to watch the first team in cologne on the box..

Down the road it looks like i'll be watching the likes of Henri Lansbury, JET, Galindo, Kyle Bartley, Luke Freeman, Sanchez Watt and Chuks Aneke.

Or on ESPN it will be interesting to see how Benik Afobe, Gervinho, Conor Henderson get on, will be good to also see Miyaichi and Jenkinson again.

What shall i do?!!

I'm going to watch most of it, but it's only a 6 or 7 hour drive down the road for me, and I have elected not to go, and will go and see my local team at 5:45.

As mikeyb said - if we win then it'll be an 'I told you so'.

But what if we lose? Well, there's still 5 weeks of the transfer market open, so we still have time to buy. ( as if ).

Anyway, Come On Arsenal.

even if we do lose, and our first 3-4 leauge games. He stil wont sign players that we need.

He will however pocket a bonus from the sale of Cesc
