If that press conference is an indication of how our season will go then all I can think of is a string of losses against Udinese, Liverpool & Udinese & Utd.

I've got to be honest, I was teetering. I hear Mikey furious with him every week, I see people like Tim Stillman giving their assessment. I go from being livid to wanting to give him a chance.
Well for me, enough is enough now. This morning he could have come out and said yes Cesc and Nasri are on their way, this is what we're going to do about it.
Instead, he continues to treat us like fools and then comes out and says the defence is fine when it's blatantly obvious we're looking for a new defender - but we're scraping the barrells again with bargain basement signings like Scott Dann instead of SPENDING WHAT NEEDS TO BE SPENT.
Enough is enough for me. I want the guy out now.

Wish I knew why mate! I don't get it in the slightest. I don't understand how he can make such a cock up of this summer.
Him and Gazidis are paid extortionate wages, paid for by the fans, and yet a couple of kids could have done a better job than those two at assessing the state of the club and dealing with the transfers of our players.
We've let Barce and Citeh piss all over us, we've allowed the nasri situation to happen by not sorting his contract out sooner.
The worrying thing for me is that RVP will be in this situation this time next year. He sees all our best players leaving around him, he'll be off too.
Just watched Daglish give an upfront honest press conference telling the press that there is no point spinning them a yarn, talks about the fans deserving to be excited with the new signings and I sat and watched that french arrogant *word censored* lord it over the press & media with lies, contempt, spin and therefore treating us the fans with the same amount of contempt.

Well, it's an interesting point. Wenger is now so far down the route of the youth development project that I think he feels he almost can't back away from it.
Gazidis and Kroenke must be aware of the fan sentiment. I mean I think Gazidis is about as useful as a handbrake on a canoe when it comes to running a PL football club, but these guys are not complete dummies. Gazidis's pro-Wenger comments have definitely become more and more diluted while Kroenke is the silent investor - no one knows what he's thinking, but one thing is for certain, he hasn't amassed that shareholding at that cost to see it drop by 30%+ in value through failure to make the Champions League.
The problem they have is that the GIC's contract runs till 2014 so bulleting him in the first half of this season presumably results in a settlement in the region of £15m....
