Nah, will toughen him up - he will need to get used to it over the years.

He was born Welsh. What more shit could life throw at him.

Pleased for Campbell. He did all he had to today. Worked his bollocks off when he lost the ball & got more confident with the ball as the game moved on. Starting a game is a confidence boost in itself. If you've played the game you would know how it feels to be on the bench every week.
Crap first half then we started to play a bit. 3-0 will do just fine. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Had a feeling one of us or united would drop points. Huge win. Can only see us challenging Citeh. Fair play to Campbell getting the goal but at the moment he isn't ready for the prem. if he keeps doing a job like Christopher Wreh I won't be complaining. :barscarf:

In that case, don't gloat. You'll feel dignified and Swansea still lost 3-0.

Very happy with the win. Thought I'd have to be content with slagging off the ref for the letting the sheep shaggers get away with countless cynical fouls.

Second half we took advantage of not being punished in the first half and showed a that when we slip into gear it all works.

However, I can't help worrying about the gearbox

Agreed RE Campbell. I really really don't rate him but credit where it's due; he worked his arse off and he took his goal beautifully.

Thought Ozil was sublimely brilliant again. And Giroud was excellent for his goal - the old striker's cliché; one run for the defender, one run for the ball. Giroud was on a hiding to nothing because technically he is the exact type of immobile player that usually makes Ashley Williams look like a top defender, but I thought Giroud did ok against him.

A good team performance in what could have been a serious banana skin game. What bugs me though is this PL is there for the taking. All Wenger needs to do is sign a top striker another DM and a top CH in January and we would walk it tbh. But of course he won't and thusly we won't. :(

Of all the potential avenues for mocking John Hartson having test ocular cancer probably wouldn't be top of my list.

Exactly - it doesn't have to be a pc society to class that as bad form
