WALCOTT - which position is best etc?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Walcott'll probably contract some infection that was eradicated in 1794 once he gets back to our medical facilities. I know he polarises opinions on here but he is an important player and we could do with him fit.

Miyaichi looks like a strong wind would snap him in two so looks like Gnabry will grab a few games, hope he does well.

I think I ruled myself out of contention the minute I booked the Away Boyz for the BBQ....

It is unfortunate but it happens in football. We had similar with our full backs a while ago, all of them were out at the same time and we had Ramsey playing RB. When you have a week squad, you live on the edge like this unfortunately.

Sorry but Sid fell at the first hurdle by posting a couple of optimistic posts at the beginning of the season!

The flippant Wengerites (yes Dad that's you :D) calmly pointed out that Walcott could easily play up front in that eventuality but even he is now injured along with Postman Pat......so we really are down to the King of Denmark and Akpom.

A man we tried desperately to farm out to Eintracht, Palace and Hull could be leading our forward line in the coming weeks.

The imbalance in the squad is an absolute embarrassment.
Exactly. The thought of this made me throw up in my mouth a little...

Daily Fail links Theo to a move to Monaco for £34M.
Sounds like paper talk.

I'm a fan of Theo but if we are being offered £34m for him, we'd have to think about that offer.

Think about? I'd drive him there myself for over £30m!

I like Theo, but for 34m.... Goodbye Theo, hello Robert :)
Also Gnabry is on a good path to be Theo's replacement in a few years.
