Vela is too lightweight to play up top on his own. He's technically a very good player but he needs some serious gym hours.

In fact a lot of our players could do with some gym hours. Look at a team like Chavski with Drogba, Essien etc. They have power in their side. We have none and it looks it at the moment. Nasri and Rosicky are great when people stand off them, but when people get stuck in and close them down they fade.

Denilson has played very well so far IMO.

Also, i have sympathy with Fabianski. He was badly let down by the lino / defense and was probably caught out by the poor shot...

Would have been a great save if he'd made it.
