Last night summed up the lack of pressure Wenger is under at the club. He changes half the team knowing that if it goes wrong, then he will have no one to answer to, as silent Stan couldn't give a fuck. LG i'm sorry but you're being a bit disingenuous and using a straw man argument there. The fact is that those three players were not first choice players at their clubs and were almost guaranteed first team football moving to the Arsenal.

The point that was being made is that world class first choice players are highly unlikely to come to the Arsenal these days due to the perceived lack of ambition within the club.

If Bayern, Barca, Real, Juve, Chelsea or even Man City were to come in with a bid for world class player who is under contract they would be much more likely to accept a bid from those teams because they are proven winners over the last 5-10 seasons. Something that unfortunately and embarrassing we are not, and please don't even try to use the FA cup wins as a reason to encourage players to sign for us.
