As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
If what nuttypaul said yesterday (about cesc being very unhappy at having to stay next season) is true then I think that we should accept this offer if it comes to pass and if the money is upfront. I know this subject has been done to death on here now but I really am concerned about his state of mind next season if he stays and to my mind it has to be either a fully committed cesc or no cesc at all cos going through the motions in a team like ours is unacceptable
It is no suprise to me he is staying - i called this right at the beginning
I agree with your sentiments Augie for 99% of players, but Fabregas is a comitted footballer who doesnt know how to play football other than to win, he has always expressed his love for the club and knows that he is in debt to Arsenal Football Club for giving him the platform to get him to the level he is now - im not sure he is one to strll around a pitch and not give his all.
If we want to compete this season we need players like him around.
