Arsenal v Norwich

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The quality of the goals was amazing., first goal was a Begkamp, Pires, Henry combination with a Freddie finish... Giroud deserves great credit for his contribution without scoring. Win 4-1 at home and the expectation is that your striker scores but yesterday Ollie showed his value to the team.
Each week is a new challange but there now is the confidence to meet them.

As food is a theme, had the Vietnamese steak baguette opposite ticket office- awesome! That first goal - play station stuff. Glad I was there to see it. Early days, still issues, but still to be in it at end of October will do me ftb.

Still smiling after yesterday. There was a bit of a warm fuzzy feeling going round the stadium that I haven't detected for quite a while.

Only 8 games in and still need to strengthen in couple of areas but the joy of watching the team is returning.

Great to see Ozil fit in so quickly and he certainly looks to be enjoying himself.

HAve to say that while there were some sublime moments and glimpses of how good football can be , there was certainly another team in that game and there were periods were we looked fragile and a touch rudderless. Nonetheless had a bloody marvellous weekend myself :)

Last 15 of first half and part of second half we sat back and let them come at us which was worrying. Better teams would have made us pay for that approach. Apart from the flourish at the end I thought we looked flat and knackered for quite a big chunk of the game. Anyway as the saying goes, sign of a good team that can win 4-1 when playing below par.
Ramsey? Making me and loads of other fans eat our words and I'm delighted for him. Only sad thing is that if he keeps going this way he'll be off next summer
:? :?

Why? What makes you believe that?
Judging by the way we've handled our best players over the last few years........

I'm still smiling at having been there on saturday (and Bobby Pires appearing at half time) and I'm normally a pessimistic, grumpy old fart. It was flipping great and it's been a long wait.
