As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's the same thing. It's all reaction to the Braga game. Should we have a thread for every conotation of possible results from this group? Nothing personal but we really don't need thirty threads originating from people's feelings from this game. There is this thread for all this stuff.
Ooooh! Think you are being a bit picky there DB.... Still struggling to think how you're going to pay us back our money....? Ireland's ours again now DB....get over it! At least you'll get a day off next year along with the rest of us for the Royal Wedding!
Back to the match - I can't believe that Djorou said Braga was a wake up call. Er, what were Shaktar Donesk, West Brom, Newcastle and Spurs then....Must have been a fucking deep sleep!!!!

Positives...positives...positives, Vela caused Braga some problems and could have had two penalties. Lots of possession and that's the best I can do.
First half was flat but could have been built upon, disturbing as it was that Bendtner was one of our more creative players and a problem as it meant he was not in the box. I was thinking tell Bendtner to stick to centre, which in fairness he did, play at a higher tempo, get fullbacks and wingers wide with players flooding the opposition box, take off Rosicky early in half if he didn't perform...
Instead our wingers seemed obsessed with coming inside, our fullbacks never got forward, we didn't manage to increase our tempo, our central midfield lacked spark, Rosicky stayed on and Bendtner was isolated. A 0-0 draw would have been very frustrating but at least enough but we didn't look secure, thanks to our midfield not tracking back, and we are Arsenal. So of course we concede from a stupid long ball
Yes they were diving all over the place and fouling us, yes we should've had a penalty, but we were absolutely poor. Djorou, Gibbs and to a lesser extent Walcott were the only ones who put in a good performance, Cesc was poor, Jack had an off night and Denilson and Bendtner can fuck off as far as I'm concerned. Shocking.

I've always supported Wenger in the past, but I've now come round to the view that he should bow out while he still has some dignity.
Don't lose faith in our manager PHP. He is more than capable of adding what's needed to this squad. He has done what has been neccessary at the club over the past few years, as much as it has been a thankless task, with great dignity. He can and will do what's needed to improve things.
Let's hope Braga wins it vs Shacktar and we don't fuck it up against one of the weakest teams ever to play in the CL.. These are the teams that are currently in the first place:
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Lyon, Bayern, Shacktar, Sp*rs, Chelsea, Man u.
We can't face the last 4 in the next round, we can only hope for Lyon or a miracle in the next matchday..

What you could have simply said was "we were shite"!
I am sorry Magic but Bendtner was not isolated. He was at his lethargic best and showed no fucking desire or guts at all.
The side has no bollocks at all and that teamed with a deluded fuckwit who lives in some fantasy world is the reason we lost.
You can pick the whole side apart butt he simple fact is without any fight or passion you won't win fuck all, tactics or no tactics.
