A vital win but as said, same old weaknesses. A better team will punish us unfortunately.

Positives; RVP and Cesc are class when fit. Jack took some of the most cynical fouls I've seen in a while and just got on with it. Diaby actually played well (NOT great, but well). The cert penno for them not being given, winning when not at our best.

Negatives; Suicide defending, Comedy Eboue, Clichy and Diaby giving the ball away under no real pressure on too many ocasions. Oh and fucking Jens is still a hair trigger, charging out, getting no where near the ball but taking the man. Fucking idiot could have been sent off leaving us with 10 men and fuck knows who in nets. Where's that German twat that loves Jens now, huh? Twat.

A good three points and keeps us in with an outside chance. But if we defend like that against Manure or even the Mousers it's all over. Again.

Being the only one bashing Lehmann again while everyone else is basically celebrating him, eh? Pathetic as always, you fucking twat.

Not trying to stir it here but with the situation we are now in, and assuming that scez won't play again this season. if you had to pick between Jens or Coco for the remaining games who would you choose?
I actually agree with most of what you say, with the slight difference being Lehmann is capable of playing the remaining games without costing us whereas Coco isn't.
So I would stick with Lehmann now no matter what, at least that should ensure that Coco will be gone in the summer.

hmmm... I dunno sid. Almunia makes mistakes but they tend to be limited to technical lack of skill or poor decision making. Lehmann also makes poor decisions but is probably a better technical shot stopper.

BUT the big problem for me with Jens is his stupidity. The pushing of oppo players in the box at set pieces is going to cost us. Remember the push on the Pikey Keane at shite fart drain in 04? On the way to winning the league at our arch rivals and going a whole PL season unbeaten and Jens gives away a stupid penno by an act of childishness.

He will do it again.

Also, he tends to dash out like a mental fucker and clean players out without getting near the ball more often than Coco.

My choice would be neither of them in a perfect world. But if I had to choose it'd be Coco by a geehair because he is not as stupid.

Jens will cost us dearly. Guarantee it.

Jens can organise a defence and for that reason Almunia, I'm out.

Will concede that Jens is better at organising a defence than Coco but then, so is my Granny. And she's been dead 20 years.

Problem is though that Jens can undo all that lovely organisation in the blink of an eye by his stupid acts of pettiness.
