I really think that Cesc is the most complete midfielder in the world right now. If he had been playing for Barcalona the last few years, he would have won the ballon d'Or already, instead of having to carry AWs youth project for the last few seasons.
The only other consistently good AMs would be Xavi and Sneijder.
I've always thought that too, even when he played for us. And how playing for a great team, he's proving it At £35 million, what a bargain he is for Barcelona.
When I was in school me and 2 mates - gooners btw - we had been told that at the start of the new academic year - we would be having Mr Arnold - a plastic manure fan and a vindictive, sadistic *word censored* - as our form teacher for registration etc...so we snuck in the previous day and took out all the (supporting) screws from the desk - he had this habit of sitting on the desk rather than on a chair at the desk - so when he sat on it - KERRRAAASSSHHH!! or so we thought
We get in bright and early only to discover he had left to take up a position in another school. The (new)teacher who replaced him, came in in a wheel chair - she wheeled her legs under the desk and it collapsed all around her....
it WAS Funny(ish) at the time BUT Sooooooooooooooooooooooo Embarrassing - she turned out to be a really good teacher and nice person too - the pricipal went Apeshyte BIG Time....
