I'm not one to blame refs, but he totally bottled sending off Barton (and why do people get so much attention for being *word censored*). Outrageous, baffling, pathetic decision.
As for the match, same shit different day. Shame our one vaguely bright spark managed to get himself sent off. Everyone goes on about the defence, but are we really going to go through the season with Van Persie alone up front?

Koscielny has had a very good game today and our central defenders haven't looked too bad.
BUT, we have nothing to link defense and attack. 4-3-3 depends on a creative, talented midfield. Villa-Boas knows it. Pep knows it. Mourinho knows it. Wenger uses Rosicky in that role.
