Oh my god, are people really prepared to have their sanity questioned in order to defend a 'fans favourite' at any cost?

If that's me you're referring to then

a) stick to the peanut selling :D
b) thanks for being the only person in the history of this forum for saying that I'm a defender of 'fans favourites' - priceless, trying reading any of my 2,000+ posts to spot the error in your statement. I think you might find that when virtually the entire forum were salivating over the latest Wenger wonderboy that I was actually a voice of caution !!

But.....tonight when our 50% fit, 100% wantaway skipper contributed three parts of fuck all and when far more senior players (Squillaci step forward please) went AWOL, an 18 year old was brave enough to keep carrying the fight. Yes, not everything he did was perfect but I thought he kept trying and never shirked

It's the initiation rites that are so scary
Charlie said that possession counts for nothing .

He said Denilson could have 200 passes of the ball and creat nothing and another player have 20 and produce match turning moments. He said he would far rather have the man with 20 and he is spot on.

He also said that the defence do not appear to know what to do or who to trust when the ball is in our area. Again so true.
To be honest, I would be fine with the always safe passing of Denilson rather then creative, leave that to others like (in this game) Wilshire/Cesc/Walcott/Rosicky/Bendtner/fullbacks, if Denilson has any defensive awareness. That's my issue with the guy, he seems to have no idea of the danger around him until it is far far too late

Very true with second part

It was a fucking diabolical performance against a team that would struggle to finish half up the championship.Everyone played bad but three stood out Denilson Mr Sideways who cant tackle has no pace and never passes forward,Bendtner Mr Billy BigBollocks who keeps telling us how good he is and then turns in a performance which Lee Chapman would have been ashamed of and finally Englands saviour Theo back to his old ways. And Wenger blames the ref :banghead:

I lost count of the amount of times where the player that this *word censored* is supposed to be marking is ahead of him, advancing on goal, and 9 times out of 10 a goal comes from it.

Indeed, they're struggling to finish half way up the Portuguese league, FFS!

Wenger must have huge clinkers round his arse because I don't believe for a second that he manages to wipe his arse, let alone manage Arsenal Football Club.

It's all a question of how low do the board let Wenger drag the club down before they do what is needed? Wenger is so stubborn he's unlikely to do the decent thing. I'm telling you, he is taking us out of the top 4.

I said it a couple of season back on this forum that Wenger was turning into Brian Clough, but the '84-'91, who stayed on far longer than he should've living off his former glories. All we need know is Wenger to slap a couple of fans, kiss them live on telly then shag their wives (its the french way). It's only a matter of time.

woah let me get my feet under the desk first!!

the 2nd thing i'm doing after fucking off bentner is making the club level tier safe standing only, with a 2:45pm lock in/lock out that lasts until 5pm. no concessions, even if you literally die in there.
