I doubt the reason he chocked for us or would score against us for barca(if he does) is to do with WHO hes playing for. Its not like "ah he didnt love us as much or he would of scored), he is paid to score and if he does hes just doing what he must. If he scored againts us i would be pissed off but not due to it being henry who has scored againts us but just the fact we have conceded.

i wouldnt have any negative feelings towards him at all. if we get there and lose id be gutted but i would not have negative feelings towards henry or barca at all, they are a great team. plus, if we dont win it, my 2nd choice would be to see TH14 get one. also he would be at least partly gutted if he scored a winner against us.

Funnily enough, just before I read this thread I was thinking what would we feel like if Bobby Pires scored the winning goal against us tonight!!

As for Henry scoring the winner against us, I would be sad that Arsenal had lost, but that's about all.

I'll be distraught if either player scores a meaningful goal against us. I see every goal we concede as an insult, and to be insulted by the ones you love(d) has to be the worst feeling.

You see for me it's not about them being ex players or any of that shite. It's about THBW14 in particular fluffing two clear and relatively easy chances in the biggest game of our history. I would have put both those chances away ffs!!

Every player has a bad game sometimes, Henry did so much for the club and was a vital part in getting to it, he had been kicked as he battled alone up front, he missed two chances, gutted but he was never the most clinical finisher in the world.

I would be gutted we lost but pleased for him

I said the same thing to my mate tonight. Besides Arsenal, I don't support any English team (Sorry I am not a british). If we are out, I want Barca to win for Henry. Having said that, Arsenal always go first

I just finished watching My Thierry Henry-Legened dvd again and I am really really SAD

HOW THE HELL DID WE LOSE THE BEST STRIKER IN THE WORLD AND NOT REPLACE HIM WITH SOMEONE CLOSE TO HIS ABILITY. FUCK!!!

The guy could score from nothing, outside the box with players around, inside the box with players around, freekicks, dribble everyone and score, curl the ball from anywhere and score, the occasional header, assist(set a premier league record by the way).

Ade can only use his head and thats it!, he is more like Kanu but even he(Kanu) assited goals.
Robin is in a way similar to Dennis but THERE IS NO ONE LIKE TITI

I am really sad this evening

We have lost the "something out of nothing" and I have no confidence in this team winning the CL. Fuck what Theo said about "Teams now fear us" because they dont. I remember on the road to the 06 CL final when people wrote us off against Real and Juve, I said "FUCK THEM WE HAVE HENRY" but now I cant say that, why? because I dont know when Robin is going to score from a freekick, if there is a counter-attack I can guarantee Ade wont fucking run or know when and who to pass the ball to.

This is how united felt when they lost cantona, how the scouser will feel when they loose gerrard, how the chavs will feel when they loose fat frank.
I think our squad is really underated by our fans. I know Im gunna get slaughtered for this but I think that if we get a proper CB and a proper DM, a keeper (MAYBE as Almunia is gettin on abit) and we will have a great squad (bearing in mind if we keep our current bunch). And Carlos Vela, the guy is class.
Im not saying he is the new Titi but he will be immense when he hits his peak.
Maybe thats why our fans are so harsh to criticise our strikers, they compare them to Henry. GET A GRIP !!!! Titi was just one of those players that come around every 20 years. He was different gear, I dont think one man can be as influential as he was in our clubs sucess in the current state of european and english football. Messi and Ronaldo cant lead a team like Titi could, the only one that comes close is gerrard.
