That's not a bad idea, he could man mark Ronaldo, everyone knows what a tart he is, he won't want any of it, job done, UTD's threat sorted.BRAZILLIANT 19 wrote:Maybe we should start Vela tonight. Before you fly you should consider the story of Mr. Play It Safe. You see
Mr. Play It Safe was afraid to fly
He packed his suitcase and kissed his kids good-bye
He waited his whole damn life to take that flight
And as the plane crashed down he thought
'Well isn't this nice...'
And isn't it ironic ... don't you think
Ah fuck it. GO!

This is so over hyped it's unreal! The only people who have died are those in Mexico who had no access to medical treatment. People in 3rd world countries die in their hundreds from diseases we've long got rid of and got perfectly good cures for - they aren't suddenly pandemics! The chances of catching it are remote and even if you do you'll just end up with a bad cold!

There is a good side to this guys:-
Tonight Adebayor will score four and stay onside all night
Eboue will be man of the match
Ferguscum will applaud every Arsenal goal
Manure will not get a penalty
and Rooney will not swear at the ref
oh...sorry.....I'm getting confused between swine flu and pigs might fly

Re: Is it safe to fly????
Myself the wife and son are going to Spain next week to stay with my sister.I am not slighest bothered about this swine flu as usual it is being blown out all of proportion. We had the same panic a few years ago about bird flu and then it was SARS did millions of people die because of these diseases NO.Go on holiday mate and fucking enjoy yourself .As someone else said on this thread if we are going to worry about this swine flu we would never step outside the door.LeftfootlegendGooner wrote:I know this is off the subject of a massive game tonight but I am meant o be flying to Crete next Tuesday to meet my best mate and his family from Lisburn.
Now I am known not to worry about anything really but what with this swine flu and the fact that you can catch it from up to 10 metres away from the person who sneazes it has got me a tad nervous.
A plane is a well known bug breeding ground cos the air is recycled, what if someone starts sneazing behind me what do you do ?
Don't really care about me but have the wife to think about.
Go or cancel?

Spurz flu. Obviously.Reg Niseth wrote:Gunnersaurus wrote:It's killed 8 people out of a population of 21 million hasn't it? more people probably die a day from heart attacks.
At last a voice of reason. I thought for a moment I was on my own. Scotlandf has an 'outbreak' 'cos TWO people have it. Fucking scaremongers. How many pensioners die of 'ordinary' flu every year?
GET A FUCKING GRIP.
We had bird flu so killed a load of birds, we've got swine flu so we'll kill a load of pigs.
What kind of flu you all looking forward to next? I know what I'd like to see . . .
