DAY 1, no ciggys at all! Kept the 24 hour patch on and did get occasional cravings but tried doing other things. Worst time was after meals and when I was bored doing nothing. I worked with a smoker and I made myself a coffee or used my inhalator while she sat and smoked!

I'm 24 and have smoked since I was 15 or 16. My sense of smell has improved too.

Start of Day 2 now!

I've always wanted to try going Cold Turkey somewhere in the wilderness, stranded alone in a cabin for a week...of course I'd need to get hooked on some kind of drug first...

Giving up smoking gives you wind? Never heard that before maybe they should print a warning message on the side of the cigarette boxes

Breathing in the inhalator and chewing gum gives me awful wind, non smelly ones just loud ones...so embarrasing!
