The latest Excuse - OOPS - I Mean Theory

If you're sole criteria for a football club's success is having the most money or the most financial stability - at least in theory - than you have no reason to feel any uncertaiinty about our Board or its actions.
However if you believe that winning trophies or at least making the best effort you can to do so while still operating in a responsible manner and operating at a healthy profit or in the worst case breaking even or at a minimal loss, then you have every right ot be concerned about how our Board is operating the club.
I don't our choice as solely between being absolutely healthy and secure financially and spending little or nothing or spending like Chelsea or Man City or Real Madrid and possibly winning more trophies but at the risk of the club's financial viability.
And the reason I don't see the choice that way is becauuse in truth that is not the only choice we have. It is however the only choice certain people who happen to comprise our Board seem to want you and all of us to believe we have. Why would that be?
