I think that if you'd bring Tony Adams/Thierry Henry/Dennis Bergkamp/Charilie George/Pat Rice to manage the club we would crash and burn. Wenger as of this moment is the only man that can take this club forward in terms of financial thinking and playing style. Yes, he's shit at running games, he's frustrating in interviews, he doesn't sign big names, but he's currently the best manager this club can have. Do you have anyone in mind to replace him or you want to manage the club yourself?

I'm not at all suggesting sacking Wenger, specially in the middle of a season but how do you know that there is no other manager out there who will do a better job at Arsenal than what Arsene is now?

He doesnt have to do all these things you mentioned - i would still have faith in him even if he sucks at making tactical changes. if he is frustrating at interviews or if he doesnt sign big names. But to see the team that he had created give one spineless performance after another, you have to question what is he talking to the players about after these performances.

The warning signs were loud & clear last week. Not for the first time either. Two goals up, let complacency kick in & gift them a foothold back into the game & then find it impossible to switch back on again. Last week we got away with it… West Ham, Wigan away last season & the 4-4 scum game, to name but a few, we didn’t. In all those cases we didn’t learn a single fucking lesson.

First half we were brilliant, pretty much to a man. Outclassed them all over the pitch. But you just knew we were gonna come out second half with the slippers on & they’d score first. Was just a question of whether we’d hold on from there. How can it be that blindingly obvious to a pub full of drunks still celebrating and yet the GIC cant see it?

Who in under fuck said that we should get one of those mentioned in to manage the team? Certainly not me.
As for the second part of your statement you are basically saying that you a quite happy to have a shite manager at the club. Of all the posts I have ever read on this forum, yours is beyond doubt the most confusing I have ever read.
As for the last part of your post "yes I do think there are a lot of managers who could do a better job than Wenger" I won't name them because I have done this umpteen times before. And since you yourself agree that Wenger is shite, then a list of replacements could run into hundreds, (myself included)

He can't run a game propertly, but his got loads and loads of positive advantages. The fact is that he didn't change from 2004, he was shit at running games back than as well, and he managed the best team I've seen playing since I'm alive.

There's no definite answer, but the manager isn't going anywhere, not this season, and not the one after this one. He's at Arsenal, he loves the club, and I believe he will get us to a good place eventually.

I would have loved you to name an available manager that can replace him and make this team any better..
