I've said it before and I'll say it again I hope we get turned over Sunday
I hope we get turned over every week between now and the end of the season and finish outside the top 4.
That will be the only possible way to rid Wenger from our club.
His comments today on both the official site and in the press conference show a man who has completely lost it and is dragging our club into an abyss that no amount of over-spending or debt could do.

Insipid 1st half 0-0. Second half starts with the clown throwing himself over a free kick from Charlie Adam, 1-0 to Blackpool.
Suddenly, Arsenal start running, rather than just walking about as if 3-0 up. Bendtner the winger crosses for Arshavin, who makes a lung bursting ten yard trot in to the box. Unfortunately, the ball is six feet in the air and is headed out by the centre half easily. RVP, on the other wing, wonders why the ball didn't reach him after 28 sideways passes. Fabregas and Nasri pass the ball back and forth ten times on the edge of the penalty area and then pass into the box for RVP to side foot home, 1-1.
Arsenal take 12 corners in the second half, all of them short. Wilshire has the only shot resulting from the corners, which is just saved by the Blackpool keeper. Jack is immediately subbed for his failure to pass the ball sideways to a teammate with at least 3 players marking them.
Chamakh on for Jack, gets the winner after hitting Blackpool on a lightning quick break that waits for every defender to get back in position.
A couple of triangle passes with Fabregas and RVP, and a deflected shot, make it 2-1 with 10 mins to go. Lots of chances for Blackpool to equalise, but they just cannot get past Sagna and Clichy on the goaline.
Arsenal are still seven points behind Manure, despite actually winning for a change. But their mental strength is intact, so thats ok.

Sadly mate I agree with you and I never thought I'd hear myself say that!!selsdon wrote:I've said it before and I'll say it again I hope we get turned over Sunday

But
* we'll probably scrape an unconvincing win
* everyone can sing "Arsene, Arsene give us a wave"
* we'll all stumble forward to the next disaster after which Arsene will talk about our mental strength
Agreed.selsdon wrote:I've said it before and I'll say it again I hope we get turned over Sunday

I predict a lacklustre passionless, spineless dis
play from the overpaid average (with the exception of Sami and Jack).
At best a draw.
Going to be a real test even getting 3rd place with the players / manager we have at present.
We will drop points at Blackburn, Spuds, Stoke and Bolton without a shadow of doubt due to a lack of mental strength.(i predicted the draw Vs Blackburn last week).
Depressing but very likely.

If any of you read this and you're going to the match - please, PLEASE don't stand there and sing "there's only one Arsene Wenger". Think about his comments this week that finishing second is quite good enough and that we're basically daft for questioning him.
Also think about that stupid old buffoon of a Chairman who called the Club's share-holders "stupid" and "silly" for daring to have a different opinion. Please let them know that it costs a sodding fortune and takes untold time & hassle to follow Arsenal and we deserve better!!
I've followed Arsenal home and away for over 30 years and I've never felt so ashamed of the people that run our Club!!!!!

Every player on wages 10-20k or below. Proper football club, proper ground.
Do your magic Charlie Adam. I'm deadly serious btw.
I'd rather we start picking up some points and going on a run, all i care about now is beating the scum and finishing as high as possible.
