Stop the doom and gloom!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Kieran Gibbs, Jack, Ox, and Jenkinson, 4 english players that could end up being our spine for years to come. probably not, but hope :barscarf:

We do all have Abou's return to fitness to look forward to. I think its no coincidence that I have hit new heights as a miserable git whilst the Great Man has been missing for all bar 3 unbeaten games

1) I'll be honest, I'm optomistic for the future. Wilshere, Arteta, Ox, Kos, Vermaelen, Frimpong (I rate him highly as a replacement for Song), Chesney, Podolski and, fingers crossed, RVP. We have a good base to build on, fingers crossed we will.

2) Hear me out on this, but I cant wait for Arshavin to come back. Time away from him made me remember his good days, like putting 4 past Liverpool. It reminded me that he is a bloody good player on his day, and I sincerely hope he finds his form.

3) Despite everything we've suffered this season, we're still better than Tottscum :D

Hopefully we can have a good season :barscarf:

I'm fairly optimistic in a positive kind of way that any negativity shown on this forum is justified unless of course it isn't in which case those posters need to be happier, though thats not to say that they should accept anything less than success, they just need to smile more and eat nice food. Brocolli isn't a nice food so I suggest you avoid that.

If it's any consolation, looking on glory-glory, most Sp*rs fans seem to rate lasagne-gate and Saturday's CL final result as the worst moments of their supporting lives...

Just thought that was interesting.

We're currently top of the league.

Our away fans, and Arsenal away days in general, can't be beaten.

We're the only team to have gone unbeaten.

We have more than double the league titles of all the other clubs in London combined.

We shit all over Spurs, in every way imaginable.

We have some players who are fantastic to watch - AOC, RVP, Wilshere.

Next season has a great line-up of away trips.

We're just about still at the top table of Europe, and Chelsea have proven that you can be shit and still win it. We won't, because Wenger has the tactical acumen of a used condom, but it's possible.

The Grove has been far, far, better in terms of atmosphere this year, the club are becoming slightly more co-operative (emphasis on slightly) with regards to atmosphere, REDaction are becoming more active and militant, and the Grove is better than OT, the Bridge, Anfield, and many other Prem grounds for atmosphere. Oh, and we outsing Spurs home and away.

Oh and I am looking forward to seeing Podolski in an Arsenal shirt, a player I really enjoy watching.

Now just line up those pre-season Euro jollys... 8)
