Manure game tube strike.

I would also like to know this.
Should the strike go ahead there is no way the game will stay on it's current date, but is there a chance the game will be brought forward, or just back? How far will the game be moved? Just a couple of days/weeks or to the last fixture of the season?

Any help would be much appreciated :barscarf: .
Well the tube strike is also planned for the day before the game, so that rules out the Tuesday too. It can't be moved up to Monday 10th, because Man Utd play the day before. And I can't see it being moved to Thursday 13th, so it'll be a completely different week.

If it does get postponed, the earliest it could be re-arranged for is March 4/5, but those dates might be reserved for the re-arranged Manc derby. The next free dates are March 18/19, between our visits to WLH and Stamford Bridge.

Usual ignorant comments blaming tube drivers, amazing how people air such strong opinions when they clearly know nothing behind the subject!

Fair play Quartz for simply posting the facts!

Sack em all and start again, there's plenty of Bulgarians and Romanians that would do the jobs, bonus is you could get your lucky heather on the train rather than having to wait till you get outside the station

I personally think the game will go ahead but its just going to be a pain in the arse. They'll find it very difficult to get a suitable date if us or utd get to latter stages of CL and even us in the FA Cup

Means I'm going to have to walk from St. Pancras to the Grove if they don't postpone :rubchin: That's going to be a pain in the arse, seeing as I don't know London that well at all :banghead:

Also, anyone else think that the purchasing system for buying tickets on Arsenal.com is completely shit? Every seat that comes up as available on the seat plan becomes unavailable when I want to buy it :banghead:

You could get a mainline train from Kings Cross to Finsbury Park

Ah yeah, had forgotten the Last 16 matches were staggered across different weeks. In that case, it's looking like April onwards. Still no word from the club though, so who knows.

There are plenty of buses serving Holloway Road and Upper Street. You can get to Kings X on the 30, from St Paul's Road, amongst others.

Buses will not be able to take the strain in a tube strike. Loads more punters and worse traffic because more will drive.
