The battle for 4th

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Silent Stan - how privileged we are to have such an owner. Such an ambitious and successful franchise owner

Denver Nuggets 4th from 5 in the NBA Western Conference
Colorado Avalanche 7th from 7 in the NHL Western Conference
Colorado Rapids 10th from 10 in the MLS Western Conference
Colorado Mammoth played 1 lost 1 in the NLL play offs
St Louis Rams finished bottom of the NFC West Conference in the NFL

We're in pole position......just a predictable goalless draw on Wednesday night which will have us hoping that we can at least match this woeful United side' result on Sunday. High fives and selfies all round against the Baggies again - wouldn't want it any other way

Fair point, but lets stay grounded and not let success go to our heads.

I'll amend the thread title to include our triumphant rise up the table.

There are triumphant rises all over Gooner Land with us hitting the dizzy heights of third.

If they were playing anyone but West Ham I might agree but even Newcastle can't fuck this up, can they? :rubchin:

Newcastle have to lose and hope that Hull beat Utd don't they? Seems unlikely, hilarious though it would be.
