Swans away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I reckon OX has been, and still is, massively over-rated, mainly by our own fans. Watched him many times and personally I could never understand it. :|

Watch more closely!
He can go past players on both sides with ease. However, his crossing is inconsistent (though we usually only have one player in the box to aim for) and his shooting is erratic. I believe he'll improve his decision making and be an important player for us.

The difference between our early season form and more recent form? One - Alexis back into last season's form, Two - Wally offering something different up front to the Lamppost.

I hate watching us when all the pace has gone from the team......can only hope that Alexis carries us through the next few weeks otherwise its going to be sideways passing hell played at a slow tempo

A tedious 1-1 coming up

But that goes for every game with Clueless in charge...square pegs round holes etc....

Swansea will push high and play narrow - But Belerin and Monreal will play as flankers and Ozil will run the tempo of the game - that crunt shelvey will hack and kick - But Coq will sort him...and so...

swansea 1 - THE Arsenasl 3 (Ozil to shine again) :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Ox had great promise. He's had some shocking mistakes this season though, leading to goals conceded. But I doubt he's being taught anything. Can he reach his potential under this manager?

I detest our shitty, ineffective sideways football with weak midgets. It is so fucking tedious, yet people say we play great football. It's all bullshit. Unfortunately, Wenger has settled permanently for this style of play. For the past seven years the crazy bastard wants to win 'his way' with both arms tied behind his back then wonders why we drop a bollock. You cannot perfect ruthless perfection as the 2004 side was. Why he changed to an inferior style after that, I have no idea. It's maddening.

Great football is winning football. Fuck pass completion rates. Fuck possession play. WENGER OUT!

Why was Gabriel rested in the league cup if he wasn't going to start today?
