Real Madrid A Big lugs quarter final 2nd leg Weds April 16th KO 8pm

And that's what I don't get some posters view that as the moaners being annoyed we won, it's not there simply no need to moan, so why post? They moan about them disappearing after a a good result, well that's natural.

The same is said about the ultra positives but that's slightly different as they come back with told ya so based on one game then disappear when in it all goes to shit again for months and don't counter the gripes with reasoned debate, usually.

If it was a forum backing one of your kids on sponsored 10k or something and they would see it and it would boost them then of course post happy clapping positive comments when all is well but it ain't so I personally cannot see the point and get no benefit from that. But we all know how getting a grip and moan off out chest helps be it bitching about a boss, partner or down the pub.

But then DB mentions Pravda...so I guess there are many of the mindset that enjoy and get benefit out of posting needless positive platitudes. Maybe it's a character thing.

Not true mate... If I predict a Positive outcome, which to be fair is 80% of the time, I am just glad / relieved that we have either Won or Not Lost etc... Though, of late there have been the occasional game when I am thinking 'Uh! Oh! This Has Got Disaster written all over it'. But I don't come on here and Gloat about it.. I'll celebrate along with all those that DO Celebrate, as tempting as it is to go Aaah Haaa! Yarbles etc!

Also there are some who voice with their Heart rather than their Head so to speak... which as we all know can be a banana skin.

Most often people will lean towards either a Glass Half-Full Or Glass Half-Empty, of course that can change depending on the occasion & circumstances... seeing Gabriel get injured and then hearing he's out for the remainder of the season was a Huge blow to many people's Hopes with the Madrid game coming up... And then we go and turn in a Brilliant Performance... I 'hoped' we might not get stuffed and maybe sneak a 1 goal lead, then I had a dream (Genuine!) that we won 3 - Nil... I didn't say anything in case I jinxed it...

One or two also had the "Yunno what !? We Just Might Do It Vibe!"

As a number have already stated... The game Next Week is going to be a VERY Nervy Watch... I know3 my nerves will be shredded by the end of the night ... Tequila or No Tequila! :-P

Another bullet to dodge is the fact Rice, Timber, Martinelli and now Partey are on two yellows. A booking in Madrid and they miss any Semi Final first leg. If they avoid a yellow then the slate is wiped clean for the Semis.

Annoying that Rice was booked against PSV in the second leg for literally nothing. Need them all to be available IF we get through.

I meant as in the club generally! And the manager etc.. not on results! I mean the akb types when I say positive. I appreciate you are positive when it comes to can we win a game but are not re. The manager and certain shitty players etc who the actual positive posters will hear nothing against come what may.

Ps.

Please stop trying to groom me. I have enough trouble with dB and retro.

Yup! I indeed do slag off some of our players and occasionally the manager (The latter mainly due to what is for me a Glaringly Obvious Flaw, in that he failed to sign a Striker)... also I mean how else are we fans supposed to react when the likes of zinchenko and sterling are playing...Both of them Useless...

as for your Ps:

Your not a positive poster OBG, you as miserable as the rest of them on here mostly, just a bit more out there

And you can go and fuck yourself you miserable negative Twat! :D
:D

I meant as in the club generally! And the manager etc.. not on results! I mean the akb types when I say positive. I appreciate you are positive when it comes to can we win a game but are not re. The manager and certain shitty players etc who the actual positive posters will hear nothing against come what may.

Ps.

Please stop trying to groom me. I have enough trouble with dB and retro.
In that case I forgive you and love you again. :D

It isn't me you need to worry about it's Retro, DB and Spuddy (All part of a well dodgy sex-obsessed conclave)... :D
The lady doth protest too much...I know about you. Quartz warned me. God rest his soul.

And I take umbrage at being labelled miserable/negative! I don't post enough to be labelled that. Balanced realist I would say! Not constant moaning like some we all know and love!

It's all heresay I tell ya! heresay, false rumours, innuendo and bollox !

"Balanced Realist" :coffeespit: .... WTF!?
