Can I just say that all this "we would prefer bendtner than chamakh or park" is frankly a load of bollox  Lest some of ye forget the worlds best striker is playing every single week for the mackems and has scored a grand total of 2 fcuking goals.......yes you read that right two fcuking goals

In summation - park is shite, chamakh is shite and bendtner is also shite and if any of these *word censored* ever get to wear the Arsenal jersey again that it will be a disgrace and embarassment to this club

Don't you mean "we already have quality" i.e. Bendtner and Chamakh, so we only look to add "super quality" i.e. Park

I never thought I'd want to resort to taking players on loan but I would welcome TH14 back with open arms ahead of any of those 3. Showed more at the Emirates Cup than any of those muppets have done anytime since

We're now as if not more reliant on RVP than we ever were with Wrighty. If god forbid Van Persie were to get injured we would be FUCKED. Watch us slide down the table then.

I expect us to have dropped back down to about 9th or 10th by the new year, irrespective of van's fitness.

players that need to be off-loaded asap:

Chamakh
Arshavin
Squiilacci
Almunia (now there's a surprise!)
Diaby
and maybe Gibbs
I would also include Benayoun in that list, he was fucking awful last night and why did fucking Wenger make him captain, he's on loan, been here 5 fucking minutes, I personally would have given it to Kos, who over the last few weeks has been superb.

If we'd have played the likes of DJ Campbell and Kevin Phillips up front yesterday we would have won, its as simple as that. What we have in Chamslack and Park are league 1 quality strikers, not even Championship quality.
I'm not sure how many times some people want to see Park underperform before they make their mind up but let me help you....
Poor first touch
No speed whatsoever
Little positional sense
Not great in the air

Quite what you hope is going to come shining through over the next 20 games I don't know but I'm damned sure he will still be shit when he goes home to do National service, I just hope they don't ask him to shoot!!

For Wenger to continue giving those two games shows what a piss poor manager he is. I can understand Arshavin getting picked to an extent, we know he has the talent it's just that he doesn't show it very often.....or at all these days
But the other two - absolute rubbish that seriously would not get a game for West Brom if we offered them on a freebie and got Holly Willobooby to drive them there wearing nothing but a saucy smile (her...not them)!

Wenger has topped all of his awful, piss poor decision making in makiing our strikeforce as potent as a Eunuch. I guarantee you if Wenger went to manage PSG tomorrow and was given 100m to spend he wouldn't come knocking on Arsenal's door to sign either of them two....or Song....or Diaby....or Rosicky......etc etc :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Yes, that annoyed me as well. Wenger really is a fucking clueless idiot.

we should have signed KP ages ago
proper Gooner, quality finisher, top pro
been available on a free twice I think

I think Dzeko and Aguero are class strikers but they still only scored one
(don't remember Flappy making any great saves whereas millionsdownmypanties made good stop from Ox longranger and great pointblank block from a weak Park finish)

Think slating the manager after our Bteam had an unlucky game against a team of top players is somewhat harsh

Flappy - backup keeper, didnt have much to do. Made no big errors.
Djourou - a CB playing RB, doesnt get forward enough, defended well
Miquel - a CB playing LB, doesnt get forward enough, defended well
Kos - my MOTM looked a class above any of Citeh's gazillionaires
Squillaci - looked a solid experienced pro, strange

Coq - pushed Kos for MOTM, absolute class, high energy yet great positional discipline, excellent passing range, should have had an assist but Park fluffed his lines
Frim - rough, tough, scared little $ami out the game. Impressive.
(ref let a lot go which you think would have favoured experienced battle hardened old pro's like De Jong and Hargreaves - didn't at all. They got owned.)

Ox - excellent, must now be ahead of AA23 in the sub Q
Yossi - so far just a good sub for when you're holding on to a small lead. We need more than that from him. Disappointed.

Chamakh - tried hard, wanted the ball, was available and got involved in the game. Not sure if that's good or bad, he still didn't look a goal threat in any way. I think he needs a new start and we need to split his wages between Theo and RVP. An immobile striker who is at least good in the air has to at least put his head on that late cross. I think Bendtner would have.
Park - how did he not score that chance? ran about a bit, also didn't look like scoring.

Silver lining is - imagine Park scores, they equalise with that counter - then Chamakh heads a late late winner. What chance is there we would THEN buy a striker in Jan...?

No doubt over the next few months the Captains armband will be passed around like an Irish whore on St Patricks night  :D

Pleased with the performance and the result. Would have done us no favours to have won that game - or to have got hammered.

City will now have to play at least two extra games, possibly against Utd or Liverpool.....!

Told'ja guys, Wenger picks captains based on experience (games played) not on leadership. Benayoun as captain should hardly have come as a shock.

Next we'll see Arshavin wearing the armband.
