It's going to be Buvac, isn't it? :|
No chance he will get the Arsenal job.
Hopefully your right but why is he at such short odds with SkyBet 2/1?, must be more to it than just one story coming from Bosnia (or whevever he is from!), Gazidis saying we have to be 'bold' is also a worry as that is corporate management bs speak probably meaning someone cheap and unknown, we all know why that is.

If it is Buvac then we have to give him every chance and get behind him, then ultimately judge him by results, performance and progress.
Allegri and Ancelotti? Proven managers they may be, but how long would either of those two stick around, successful or not? 2 to 3 seasons maximum.
So all of us, especially those of us who wanted shot of Wenger, should be glad he’s going and that hopefully that Buvac if it is to be him will have the ambition and tactical nous to take us forward.
2 or 3 seasons is fine with me,realistically that's all youre going to get anyway these days,no manager is going to stick around for 10 years or so,give me a revolving door of managers bringing success any day

Wagner? Are you kidding? Fuck it mate let's go for Howe or Dyche while we are at it!

We are the Arsenal, one of the 5 biggest clubs in world foitball with a storied history and pedigree and we have just ended a 14 year league title drought with problems in every position. We need a proven top level elite manager not some fucker that can "keep a small club up". :|
Blimey, I thought I was going left field with Wagner, but Buzac???

Haha mate that's exactly what I thought!

It could turn out to be one of those genius strokes like appointing relatively inexperienced GG and nobody Wenger were.... or it could go Moyes..... :|

What concerns me is that this guy is apparently the footballing "genius" behind the myth of Klopp's tactical prowess.... attack attack concede goals hope to outscore the oppo and don't win major trophies.... we just fucking had that for the last decade ffs! :banghead:

Me too. Back in May 2010 when I decided that for me enough was enough and wanted Wenger gone, I wanted stability and a long term replacement but the game has changed massively even since then and we have to change with it. We'll never see a PL manager at a top 6 club that stays longer than 5 years ever again I'd imagine.

So if it's bring in Ancelloti or Allegri and win the PL maybe the CL then get another manager 2 or 3 years later? Yep I'm on board with that.

basically whoever is picked people are going to moan about.
this is 2018 and this is what people do :D

can you imagine the outrage about the appointment of Wenger that there would have been back in 1996 if twitter etc existed back then ?

I don't really care who is appointed, because it will be something different.
we are also going to see finally how much ambition (or lack of it) that the club actually has.

Social media shite isn't the only difference mate. Football fans were very different back then and there were nowhere near as many entitled arseholes "supporting" the Arsenal.

I would like it to be noted that I am the originator of this chant should the bin-dippers assistant arrive.

“I said Buzac side ya head, I said Buzac side ya head” while the North Bank all sit down and pretend to row a boat.

Klopp in the CL final, Pep winning the league, be careful what you wish for! :barscarf:

If Wonga & his evil ego really cared about the club he would have stepped aside when asked when either of these experienced European managers were available. :cussing: :cussing: :cussing:

But who could replace Wonga, the manager who has presided over the lost decade of failure in the league & total failure in European competitions? The manager who won all those glorious 4th place trophies. :barscarf:

But he should have kept his job for life, even if he relegated the club they said. It is Arsene FC after all & he built the new stadium with his bare hands! :blah:

Hopefully the AKB's will be following the messiah when the relocation of Arsene FC happens.
