Rooney did dive (got pics)

What would have happened later is not the point about Rooney's penno. He planted his left leg and dived BEFORE any contact with Almunia. Just because "there would have been contact later" does not change the fact he was going to ground BEFORE the contact.

THAT IS A DIVE. End of.

Of course Almunia made it easier for the ref to "misread" the situation by being out there in the first place the fucking idiot... :roll:
