What other Premiership team can put out 11 diffrent players to the ones that started in the Premier league and win comfortably 3-0 away from home against a desent side?

Chelsea? No! they needed Lampard, Shevchenko and co. To beat Blackpool.
Man Utd? No! they 'second string' team got beat at home by Coventry in the last round.
Liverpool? No! they had big names like Gerrard, Carragher and Crouch.
T*tt*nh*m? No! Strongest squad possible to beat Blackpool at WHL.

First XI against Liverpool;
Almunia,
Sagna,
Toure,
Gallas,
Clichy,
Eboue,
Fabregas,
Flamini,
Rosicky,
Hleb,
Adebayor.

First XI against Sheffield Utd;
Fabianski,
Hoyte,
Song,
Gilberto,
Gibbs,
Diarra,
Diaby,
Denilson,
Walcott,
Bendtner,
Eduardo.

I know sheffield utd isn't the best team in the world but we made it look so easy...

Good atmosphere in our end with the travelling Gooners in fine voice. Difficult to tell, but I hardly heard a peep out of the Blades who'd actually bothered to turn up. How did it sound on TV?
I'm in the same boat mate. Really good show from our boys, constant singing, banter and noise, exactly why I'm aiming to get to more away trips this year. Got home too late for the highlights but I know from being there they were outsung from before the game to the final whistle. Would be interesting to get a view from the box..
anyone?

Sounded good on tv - lots of shots of our fans too and not very many of the home fans so producers picked up on where the noise was at! Mind, they didn't have much to shout!

Yeah, I think the most noise the home fans made all night was the cheer when that bloke ran round the pitch and threw his scarf at Robson. Quality moment.

Blackpool did pretty well to go on and face Spurs if they already got knocked out :P Chelsea created enough to win but were undermined by horrible defending, long may that continue

yeah that was superb!
Did you see when all the stewards and ball boys/girls were passing our end, they were all getting a bit of stick. These 2 young guys walked past in Sheff Utd jackets, to a chorus of "who are ya, who are ya" and numerous fingers pointed, only for him to lift his top up to show an arsenal home kit, cue mass cheering in the ranks...classic..

Taking nothing away from our reserve/youth team but i think Bryan Robson has to be the worst manager in football at the moment he had masses of money to spend at Middlesbro and got them relegated then needed venables to get him out of the shit again a couple of years later. He went to West Brom and although scrapping through the first season got them relegated and now is nearly getting Sheffield United relegated.

I say that he should definately be next manager of ManUre when old red face retires. What do you reckon?

TONIGHT AT 6.00PM AND REPEATED AT 11.00PM ON SKY SPORTS 1.

BY THE WAY, WASN'T DIABY SHOCKING LAST NIGHT?  THE GUY WAS SIMPLY AWFUL AND SEEMED DISINTERESTED FROM THE VERY START. HE WAS VERY LAZY, MADE LITTLE MOVEMENT FROM HIS POSTION WIDE LEFT, AND HIS PASSING WAS SLOPPY TO SAY THE LEAST!!

ANOTHER THING THAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF ABOUT DIABY WAS THAT AT A SHEFF UTD CORNER EARLY IN THE SECOND HALF, INSTEAD OF PICKING UP ONE OF THE TALLER OPPONENTS, HE PASSED THE MASSIVE MORGAN ON TO THE MUCH SMALLER KIERAN GIBBS, AND INSTEAD PICKED UP THE EASIER OPTION OF A SHORTER GUY!!  THANKFULLY THE CROSS CAME TO NOTHING BUT IT WAS ANOTHER EXAMPLE TO ME OF DIABY NOT REALLY WANTING TO BE THERE AND PUTTING IN AS LITTLE EFFORT AS HE COULD GET AWAY WITH LAST NIGHT.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT I THINK HE HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE A CRACKING PLAYER FOR US AND I DO RATE HIM HIGHLY, BUT HIS ATTITUDE AND PERFORMANCE LAST NIGHT WAS WELL BELOW PAR AND NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A PLAYER WEARING THE ARSENAL SHIRT!! :x
