Just legalise it in cycling - job done. It might add an interesting scientific competition to the whole thing. Like formula one mechanics.

I say interesting, what I really mean is ever so slightly less dull.

1000 pages of testimony, dozens of people who witnessed him doing it, admitting it, organising it etc, physical evidence etc etc. He was a lying, cheating, bullying scumbag, who persecuted nurses who tried to give first hand account evidence against him. He deserves to be stripped of his titles (and have his bollocks well and truly kicked in).

Those who say he never tested positive. WRONG! He did, but a doctor's note was written AFTER the event and he was let off.
Besides, cheating so well that you don't get caught for a while doesn't constitue clean.

Deserves a place at the head of the Pulis thread.
