As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Watching Citeh - they have zero team spirit. I suppose that's to be expected from mercenaries but even so the absence is tangible. They can't win the league any more.

That's because they don't work the 'internal market' hard enough

Agreed - the contrast between them and United on that front is massive. On the opening day United didn't play particularly well against Swansea but they knew that if they kept going they'd get enough chances and they had the quality to punish them - which they did. Citeh on the other hand were miles better than Cardiff, but then when they shipped in the equaliser and the fans got going they buckled. It was like watching the cup final last year - nobody wanted the ball, they have 4 or 5 players standing still marked by defenders and unless Silva manages to skip past 3 players and carve the opposition apart the move gets nowhere.

Liverpool v United is a big game and I'd usually happily watch it, but I'm just clock watching and impatiently waiting for 4pm, so not really taking the game in.
I know that the victims like to commemorate every death and tragedy that the have ever been involved in but now they are commemorating the birth of shankley ?? Wtf is that all about ? These c**ts should be bombed out to the ryman league or some shite like that cos all their bullshit is seriously seriously getting on my fcuking nerves
The scousers are making mancs look no better than a pub team Have to say that I am absolutely stunned at the amount of players the scouse b**tards are bringing in
A booking for rvp there as he showed all the composure that he showed with us in his first few years at our club I watched their game v the chavs on Monday night and I thought that he was dire then and I don't see any improvement today either
Three mancs in the book in the first 40mins - cant see them finishing with 11 players
You know what, I hate Arsenal v Sp*rs being at 4pm on Sunday. It's ruined my weekend, as I'm just waiting, waiting, waiting. On the one hand, since Friday night I've been wanting Sunday 4pm to come quickly, but then that means a working week is just around the corner.
Wish the game had been Friday night or on Saturday.
Will be amazed if rvp finishes this game - the man has lost it
In some ways I feel sorry for moyes - many people will point to the fact that he took over a team that had just won the league but that was the poorest quality league in many a season plus he took over a team that is so low on quality that the likes of cleverly, wellbeck and a 54 year old gigs are regular starters

I would genuinely love to see some statistics about the proportion of scouser home games where there is some kind of memorial before the match. It must feel like every week those scouse players have to huddle round the centre circle pretending to feel sombre about something/someone they've either a) never heard of or b) happened decades before they joined the club.
