"It's very difficult to play a football match where only one team wants to play. It's very difficult. A football match is about two teams playing and this match was only one team playing and another team not playing, this is football from the 19th century."

Absolutely 100% in agreement with you here - moaninho is a classless c*nt who is as anti football as you can get and yet he has this wonderful reputation based on his ability to find clubs that have more money than their rivals

Last night I thought that ath madrids tactics were to ensure that the chavs didnt score a vital away goal - I dont think they were too fussed about not scoring themselves cos they left turan and david villa on the bench and replaced them with more defensively disciplined midfielders - I'm not saying that diego is a DM but am suggesting that he is the type of player that likes to create from midfield as opposed to turan who maikes runs to play off the striker which will leave their midfield a man down straight away should the chavs clear it. The chavs on the other hand played THE most defensive game plan ever and started with 9 players within 20 yards of their own penalty area and left willian to support torres - if this was a meagre club with limited resources then I would understand it but these c*nts have a wealth of options open to them and yet we had to listen to the itv c*nts crying about how they could barely put a squad together for last night

I believe the correct term is "tactics" but as Arsenal fans we can be forgiven for not recognising thataugie wrote:topgoon wrote:Maureen does that all the time but yet there is a love-in from some on here for him. His priority was to make sure they are still in the tie come the second leg and he has achieved that, where as wenger would now be chasing a 2 or 3 goal defecit.
We all seen what happened the last time Wenger pitted his wits against mourinho and that has been more or less the case every time they have met.
The chavs are now in with a great chance of making the final and I wouldn't rule them out of winning it, it probably wouldn't be pretty, but he will set out his stall according to both the opposition and what he has available and if his opponent gets it wrong like wenger, they could get thumped, if they get it right it will be a war of attrition.

I've just seen a picture of Cech going off, looking more like he's been rescued from a horrific fire rather than a bit injured at a football match. He's wrapped in a blanket and being held by the arm, all whilst wearing that fucking stupid bell-end on his head.

Yeah every player that was taken off for repairs last night got the blanket treatment, all a bit soft really. It was sideshow bob that caused Cech's injury anyway.

Re: CL Semis
Real should be out of site, Ronaldo has missed 2 gilt edged chances.

Re: CL Semis
This is a cracking match. 2 very good teams.
I'm enjoying watching this very much. I don't really mind who wins.
Perhaps I'd like Real to win but I really don't mind I'm just enjoying watching the skills displayed by both sides.

If you shut your eyes and listened, what you keep hearing is Robben, Robben, Robben..he's still an outstanding player. Chelsea were mad to get rid of him.

An interesting insight into your evening entertainment there midz

Re: CL Semis
He does have a nasty habit of wanting to do it all on his own sometimes. He has curbed it at Bayern but nevery now and then he goes for goal when passing might be a better option. Good player but still yet another dirty divingMidz wrote:If you shut your eyes and listened, what you keep hearing is Robben, Robben, Robben..he's still an outstanding player. We need more of those, it seems they are the winners these days.
Suarez, Bale, Stevie Mee, Ronaldo(the none fat one), Busquets, Robben, Dogbreath....the list is endless and all of them winners. The closest we had to one was Bobby Pires and he won 3 FA cups and 2 league titles....tells you all you need to know. Divers are winners
