I hope the grinning idiot never plays another game for us again.

Ospina needs a run in the team.

Not really fair to judge Ospina on one game where he didn't have much to do, but at least the fella doesn't look a bag of nerves unlike most of the reserve keepers we've had. Handled what little he had to do easily enough yesterday. Stoke would be a good test for him - he made a good solid punch yesterday from one of their crosses but seeing if he can do it when Neanderthal Man and his cousins are hurtling towards him will be a proper test

Give the lad a chance I say

This is another sackable area for Wenger. He has completely failed to sign a proper goalkeeper since mad Jens. He has persisted with below par goalies who have pulled off some shocking and frustrating howlers between the sticks, ultimately costing us crucial points and cup ties.

Almunia is the worst goalkeeper of all since Jens left. The dictator made him the first choice for three years till he finally realized he's shitt. A shitt goalkeeper who shouldn't be allowed to play for us or any top club and is now retired as a millionaire. I bet he must be surprised that he's the first choice just like a certain player with a broken back when Wenger wanted to sign him.

Just scandalous the amount of resources the lunatic has wasted on dross all over the pitch.

Another example of the indiscipline at the club and how there is so little competition for places.

Hope Chesney never plays for us again

I remember reading an interview with Lloris before he joined Spurs. He'd hoped to come to us instead. £12m wasn't he? And french!
In an era of great Spanish keepers, Wenger signed Almunia. Good bloke, terrible keeper.
Now this fixation with Polish keepers who aren't quite good enough.
Wenger won't ever prioritise signing a keeper as he has never accepted that a truly top keeper can win you games. I hope Ospina is decent as looks like he's what we've got now.

Almunia was unbelievably short of the standard required at this level. The two savings graces being that at least he had the humility to look like he knew he was an imposter and the hilarious constant stream of abuse from the bloke behind me for several years.

the real hammerings though have come with Chesney in goal.

Like a large number of our players, simply not good enough for Arsenal.
