Just did a quick search on google and apparently there is a flag-making
shop that will meet our needs.

The bad news is that it's in Cumbria!!

However, the good news is that all we need to do is leave a small deposit.

What happened to the giant flags with the old badges used on the pitch at the last game at THOF?

How about simply "I AM GOONER" (with crest pics etc).

Although maybe not such a great idea to have mugshots of all the mods round the edge.........

Personally I think it should be very simple but more importantly - traditional.

It also needs to be up to date in seasons to come so I'd suggest not putting trophies/honours on it.

If you're gonna do it, do it right. As with the Bears flag (which I think cost about Â£2k) several designs were presented to the forum and a unanimous decision was made. Don't make it open to criticsm, though undoubtedly someone will get upset.

Just to throw something alternative into the pot, why not have a long thin banner? Simple words like WE ARE THE ARSENAL, in red on a white background or get two made up for each end of the ground NORTHBANK . . . . CLOCKEND.

These could be hung from the upper tier and if only 3m deep would not block club level or advertising.

You don't have to put the number of times won and why would we want to as we can't match the Mouser's 18 titles and 5 Euros or the Manc's 17 & 3 anyways!

Simply put an image of each of the trophies we have won, cos let's face it we have only won the Fairs Cup once the CWC once and hopefully this year we'll be able to add the CL

And we would also be able to add the old Div 1 trophy as well as the Prem trophy, something that the Mickey Mousers couldn't do or our neighbours down the road for that matter

Actually the gooner flag on page one of this thread is simple but looks good and if you imagine that as big as the RedAction flag it would be superb

Agreed Flash we're spoilt for choice some of our old crests have aged very well and would make a very simple and classy flag(s)

Would work just as well with the cannon badge from the 80's.

eg. THE ARSENAL, WE ARE THE ARSENAL, THE LONDON CLUB, THE GOONER, etc..

Oh, I don't know; My creative juices are drained from designing the flag!
