Ancelotti sacked

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's a valid point. IMHO there are no absolute guarantees that any signings will make the squad so much better. BUT the key thing is the existing players have proven they are not good enough as a whole and we need to at very least try new players. There are many things that will dictate the success of any new signings. But one of the key things is we need to have the ability and flexibility to change the system during a game. What is the point in playing the same one dimensional game over and over even after it has been mostly sussed out by all and sundry?

It's a bit of a moot point but if Wenger does sign 4 or 5 and they are muck then he must be held responsible for that. It is his job to identify what is needed and then to provide it. He is paid a fortune for doing that job.
We also need to restore a bit of competitive edge to the club. If you dont perform for old pizza face then you're out of the club.

Bit of that needed.
Deffo. Far too many of our players are in the comfort zone at the club.
