Weekend games - May the 4th be with you...

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

bit of a disgrace, both sets of supporters booing the national anthem, happy to take the english coinage of playing in the ENGLISH LEAGUE,

if not happy with "God Save the Queen", fuck off back to your backwards welsh league playing Carmarthen, Aberystwyth and Llanelli

Agree with that. It's so fucking small-time, embarrassing. People thinking they're cool pretending to hate everything to do with England. By all means enjoy a healthy rivalry with English sports teams but this is the 21st century, long gone are the days of English invasions or fire-bombing holiday cottages. The main downside of Cardiff City getting promoted is that they're a fucking woeful representation of Welsh people and sports fans.

Arsene and afcforever will be shitting their pants after that Chelsea result. A Spurs win on Wednesday and the "be all and end all, world will end if we miss out" virtual trophy is not in our hands after all...........something that seemed to escape Lord Cockface when he declared that if we won our remaining games we would be there.

Don't want Spurs above us but by the same token can't wait until the year when we're no longer in the fucking Champions League

Agree, also love to see the arrogant smirk fall from the *word censored*'s face! A smirk that always suggests that he knows better all the time and also that he can get away with murder.

Glad you agree :-P like you I can understand the healthy rivalry between England and Wales, but ffs, are some of these supporters so thick, thousands of Welsh soldiers have gone to war and died for Queen and Country, so I felt it was an insult to there fellow countrymen who have fought and died for Britain - Yeah i agree with you regarding Cardiff, I hope there supporters behave themselves

No I'll be over the moon when we end up in the Europa, and the spuds are in the CL.

Did you read the bit that says "don't want Spurs above us" or were your tears of desperation at the thought of a single season out of the cup we'll never win blurring your vision? Don't stain your official Champions League pillowcase

I give up. You're obviously very young so we'll end the debate there as trying to explain the concept of 'the greater good' when you're doing Maths homework isn't going to work. When you're finished one of the grown-ups will tell you the story of a club that existed before 1998 when they first played in the Champions League. In a time far far away.....

Obviously we still need to get the job done to finish in the top 4 but this is another example of why i have absolutely no time for anything to do with Manchester Utd.
They were in a hangover and we still couldn't beat them. If we fail to win the 4th place trophy Wenger will have no one but himself and his average bunch of wasters to blame.
