Weekend games - May the 4th be with you...

Weekend games - May the 4th be with you...

Post by g88ner »

Anyone keeping an eye on the final day in the Championship?

Bloody brilliant stuff. Relegation places keep changing, with Huddersfield, Barnsley and Peterborough all bobbing between relegation and safety at some point this afternoon. Both Hull and Watford have been in the automatic Premier League promotion position, and Bolton, Forest, Palace and Leicester are fighting tooth and nail to stay in the playoff positions! :o

Brilliant 8)

What a mug the co-commentator on sky is (Don Goodman?) after Hull's second goal "this should be a movie, it should be called... ridiculous.... because that's what it is.."

Fucking good one Don. Alternatively how about "Football team scores goal"

It's mental to think teams with 57 points can be relegated

DELAYED KICK-OFF - Tottenham v Southampton (1530 BST)
The Premier League fixture between Tottenham and Southampton at White Hart Lane has been delayed by 30 minutes due to a traffic accident near the ground

I'm just shocked that they've discovered cars in that shit hole

Damn, Forest losing 3-2 and missing out on the play-offs and Leicester in the play-offs unless Bolton find a late winner... :o

Haha, clever hull fans tried a pitch invasion when the ref blew his whistle for a penalty in the second minute of injury time thinking it was the final whistle.

They missed the penalty

2-1 Leeds

I feel for that third choice watford keeper making his debut but does he know that he's allowed to move?

Great drama 8)

Hull up, Leicester in the play-offs at the expense of Forest and Bolton, and Peterborough relegated.

And back to the Premier League...

Just had a delicious thought. If Geordies lose at West Ham today, and at QPR + a helping hand from Wigan... we could relegate Newcastle at St James' Park!! :o :barscarf:
