First Arsenal Away Game?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Had to look up fixtures from 20-odd years ago online to try to remember this.

Thinking my 1st away may have been Charlton at Selhurst Park on Boxing Day 1988 (aged 9).

First away I have some clear memory of would be Wimbledon at Plough Lane on 1st day of 90/91 season.

I am top of the Online Gooner fantasy premier league by the way.
Why haven't I been told about this?

Well done, however if you read the small print, you'll see that if you don't start posting more on the forum Dan, the £50,000 prize money will be donated to an Arangutan orphanage in Borneo - and I'm sure you don't want that to happen!

My first away game was actually not very long ago. It was in Alkmaar against AZ in last year's Champions League group stage. Disappointing game against a team who were basically playing in our home kit...

It was very cold that day, but despite that and their late equaliser I will always remember the atmosphere in the away end.

'Wife in the window, we saw your wife in the window!' :barscarf:
