Sunderland Game and Charlie x2

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If you can move even two yards then you will be of more use than percy and a drunk DB10

I can do any time, maybe make it early afternoon as Saturday mornings are hectic for most.

I might travel down on the Saturday for this one (might not, probably be flying so could go on sunday, but still). If we travel on Saturday, we would fancy taking in another London match so I'll throw this one open to the knowledgable online gooners. I fancy a match that might be quite entertaining and that is quite easy to get to from central london (easy access from tubes etc). Which of these would people recommend as a canny day out

Watford V Palace
Brentford V Scunthorpe
Leyton Orient V Bury
Stevenage V Charlton
AFC Wimbledon V Crewe
Barnet V Aldershot
Dagenham V Plymouth
Southend V Morecambe.

SAFC have a youth player on loan at Brentford so thats a possibility, I've never seen AFC Wimbledon yet, Peter Reid is manager of Plymouth, Barnet seem a good club, so its very much open at the minute. Only one I think I wouldnt particularly want to do is Watford v Palace- we've been in the same league as them quite regularly so I'm a bit bored of them and fancy supporting a lower league side tbh. Anyone think any of the games/ places would be particularly good?

Griffin Park is a nice small ground + a pub at every corner of the ground! (£20 for terrace tickets though)
AFC Wimbledon well Kingsmeadow isn't a nice ground it isn't suited to the football league but I'd be curious to see what the atmosphere is like there (seeing they've just come up from the Conference and the particular status of the club). Beware: it isn't that easy to get to (considering it's in London): £15 for terrace tickets.
Barnet: connection with the Arsenal (we play some reserves games at Underhill), good start of the season and Aldershot might bring a decent following. £14 for terrace tickets
Leyton Orient: rubbish and overpriced

The others I can't tell you

Nice one, cheers mate- looks like Brentford (the pubs are winning me round!) and Barnet are the best ones to consider thus far, although anyone who has experience of a Dagenham game might be able to sway me that way since they've always sounded like a canny club and it would mean seeing Peter Reid again
