IN JANUARY WENGER SAID FLAMINI WANTED TO STAY; IN FEBRUARY HE SAID IT WOULD BE SORTED SOON; IN MARCH WENGER CLAIMED FLAMINI HADN'T SIGNED BUT IT WAS CLOSE; AT THE START OF APRIL WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD HAVE A DECISION IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS; THEN WE WERE TOLD A DEADLINE HAD BEEN IMPOSED FOR THE END OF APRIL; LAST WEEKEND IT WAS GOING TO BE MADE KNOWN EITHER WAY BY THIS WEDNESDAY PAST, AND YET TODAY WE HEAR IT WON'T BE RESOLVED UNTIL THE WEEKEND - AT THE EARLIEST!!
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON ARSENAL?
EITHER GIVE THE GUY THE CONTRACT HE WANTS OR TELL HIM TO FUCK OFF NOW!! NO MORE OF THIS PANDERING - LETS GROW OURSELVES SOME BOLLOCKS AND START TAKING CONTROL OF THIS SITUATION!!

On the loyalty / money argument I think its Wenger / The clubs fault, we obviously didn't think he was good enough and we didn't want his wages stuck on our books so we didn't renew his contract. If we rated him that much we would have extended his contract well over a year ago! We didn't because we didn't want to risk him not getting in the team and sat on the bench earning 50k a week!
We can't expect to get the best of both worlds, we either show some faith and offer contracts early risking a 50k bench warmer or we wait and see and run the risk of other teams nipping in an taking them
I'm sure Flamster would ahve jumped at 50k a week 18 months ago - we let his contract expire its our fault, he owes the club ntohing, he has never moaned, he's played out of position for a whole season, he battled for his place and only started to be offered a new contract six months into his last season when he showed how good he really was, too little faith too late im afraid

140 grand a week - well done to him if he gets that but there he isn't worth half of that.RVPs sick note wrote:the AFC thread on football365 says he has a 140K a week deal with AC Milan. He's good but not worth that if its true
I've said before he's had a great season and is full of potential but no player is worth that kind of money.
