It pains me to see Theo turn out for FA hypocrites (14/10)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

usual thread starter… it does seem amazing how the authorities can get on their high horse when it doesn’t involve them enforcing tough sanctions. So the fine handed out to Croatia is looked upon as no disincentive at all, yet the FA won’t get tough on Tottenham. The solution is very simple – ban Spurs fans from attending a local away game such as West Ham or Arsenal until they learn to behave. But then revenue would be lost, so you can forget that stance. Can’t be too hard to ban a few people with the use of CCTV though can it? If they sing songs that warrant such treatment?

Or is it all just banter in your view?

if not, then are arsenal fans as guilty as others?

Typical FA, there's African Presidents for Life less corrupt and more balanced than those wankers. There needs to be an investigation into the FA similar to what happened in Italy to wipe out the rampant corruption and if it means that a load of slimy bureaucratic toads losing their jobs then that can only be a good thing

Ban Spurs fans for a game? I like that idea!

Unlikely to happen though, the FA lack heart.

It also sets a precedent if it is carried out ...and Arsenal fans could fall foul of that almost as easily.

if they should choose to bang out a tune about wenger being a nonce and enough people complain to stewards, sky sports news, the bbc... could they get banned from away travel for the rest of the season?

that would lower player morale EVEN further!!

No make them suffer - force them to attend their matches.
