ticket problem

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

ticket problem

I bought 1 u.16 ticket for my son today from the online box office, and yet was charged £20 when the two ticket types are £18 (upper tier) and £16 (lower tier). I got charged a lower tier price by the way.
Anybody know what's going on/what i should do?

although, that wouldn't be £4 :?

You could email the box office. They replied to a query of mine in 24 hours, so you may get a quick response.
