Change the stand names at Arsenal! (29/6)

usual thread starter... as the club are unlikely to want to change their colour scheme - how about renaming the quadrants after players, which i know has been suggested before. maybe the club could have avote on that, but going by purely colour, one might imagine -

orange - bergkamp
blue - henry? vieira? (blue = france) or maybe mclintock?
green - brady? (o'leary is record appearances, but now out of favour)
yellow - reyes

Yellow, Nt 2 sure bout the Reyes bit more like Fabregas (a present player as well, unlike Jose where we don't no where he's off 2)
Green, brillant with the Paddy's/Irish players from the 70's/80's
Orange, Bergkamp the Iceman no1 better u could even put Overmars or Robin in the frame
Blue (the best quadrant ) endless names with Thierry, Giles, Paddy, Bobby, Wiltord even (won the league ahve 2 consider), Manu, even Remi or Pascal hahaha

Green section will serve Guinness

Yellow section will have extra toilets

Orange section will have free seating so people can sit wherever they want

Blue Section will have endless porn on the concourse screens

orange must be the Dennis Bergkamp Stand

green - Liam Brady or Rocky Rocastle

Blue - Thierry Henry (that should embarrass him too but 226 goals deserves it)

Yellow - The Casley Hole Stand - seriously Frank McClintock or better still Bob Wilson, (or maybe even better his daughter)

Whichever names we pick we are going to upset somebody !!! We could have somebody from each era ie Chapman , Brady , Adams and Bergkamp or Rocastle but of course these are mearly suggestions

Its a nice idea but don't we want to think about winning the title again? Could we be scuppering our chances by not having another stand to name if we do it again?

I definately like orange for Bergkamp, and would be a fitting tribute to have one for Rocky. Herbert Chapman seems to fit too. Would be nice to have a Gooner Quadrant.....
