Any Glasgow Rangers sympathisers?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Any Glasgow Rangers sympathisers?

Post by Mike1 »

If so, I've got the latest issue of their fanzine, Follow Follow (number 205) which I'd be happy to pass on. They send us a copy periodically on a reciprocal basis, but although I have a quick read, I don't follow Scottish football much and therefore don't know many of the players they refer to. However, I can't bring myself to throw anything away (much to the wife's dismay) so if anyone wants it, send me your address by PM and I'll pop it in the post asap.

Look out for more giveaways soon. I've been forced to have a clear-out at Gooner Towers so have plenty of junk... I mean highly collectible artefacts to get rid of and who better to pass them on to than the loyal forum members?

Always been a Celtic man meself  so I used to read "Not The View" back in the day when fanzines were interesting. Not even sure if it's still going now. Anyway, enough of this talk about teams who don't matter, off out to a mates to watch the only team that does matter away to cardiff and have a few beers :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

I'm pro-Rangers, myself.

But only because I work with a Celtic fan.

He loves taking the piss when Arsenal lose.

I don't get many chances to piss-take back. They don't often lose because they mostly play against pub teams.

i have loads a celtic mates, but i dont give a crap either way who wins, what i call the GPL (glasgow premier league). ive always wanted arsenal 2 draw 1 of them in the champ league, so we could either a good battering. 2 big clubs no doubt, but full of mickey mouse players, playing in a league, spurs would win at their ease. now how bad is that?????

Hate rangers and their scumbag fans (think tottingham but with a bigger chip on each shoulder). Not overly fond of celtic either TBH but I despise rangers. And the SPL is proper shit.

And all that fucking pointless sectarianism...

arseholes...  :banghead:

there,d be more quality and passion in a derry city v finn harps game. technically not a derby as such, but more passion on the pitch. the vast majority of celtic + gers players dont knoe the meaning of the old firm. its a game for the fans, but why go watch that crap, when u live in dublin, donegal, galway or cork, as u have it at ure doorstep :)

I really never had a choice but to support Celtic. I like them winning and love seeing them beat Rangers but other than that I couldn't care less what happens them, they promise sooo much outside of Scotland but always deliver so little. I would give anyhting to draw them in the Group stages of the Champions league just to shut my brother up, he always gives me some time of it when Arsenal lose... Just once, thats all I need, just one game against them in Park Head or the Emerites...
