I enjoy games more now than when Arsenal were winning troph

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Time to move on and accept the Gunners are no longer big hitters

To be honest, I much preferred games when we had a stronger team and were likely to win!

We played better football then too.

OK firstly the quality of football this season has been dire. Secondly its a myth that in a few years time we can have the pick of any player we want because we will be rich.
I think we are in a very dangerous position and I hate whats happening at Arsenal.
Yes I was nervous when we were going for the title but I was buzzing and very proud of the team.
Now the attitude of some players is pathectic and I couldnt disagree more with what you wrote.
This dream or vision that the board has is simply a carrot on the end of a stick that is becomming rotten with every game and this is from someone whos first experience of Arsenal is the late 70s early 80s.

How can anyone enjoy watching us more nowadays?? You pay £40 more to watch a midfield that Nasri excepted is as bad as Graham's of 1995. You have a stadium which has destroyed the ethos of our matchday and a club who think finishing 4th every season is the new winning a trophy.

I've seen many more worse Arsenal Teams than the current one but the feeling that I'm being ripped off and that the board don't give a shit about us sits very uneasy with this long standing Gooner of 32 years. I will keep my silver membership on certainly but I'm thinking more and more about meeting my mates before and after matches but staying in the Pins or other pubs to watch them.

I sit and watch in absolute horror, remembering how good we were even last season, how close we were to a really good team before the Eduardo and Anfield episodes, and how poor we have become so suddenly.
