SAGANA TO SIGN FOR ARSENAL!!!!!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Did I not say we would give Sagna #3?

Am I psychic or what?

I always thought it was strange when people from the local church tried to tie me to a stake and set fire to me...but now I know why!

yes it's a little too convenient that you predicted this outcome, I smell a conspiracy! Pitty i can't tell you anything close to the truth as the Iluminati Puppet T.S. will only edit it out.

To pretty much the same tune as the "B'Jesus said Paddy" song:

We've got le Sagna and we've got Dudu
Spuds had lasagna and got do-do too
Sagna to Dudu and he scores for fun
Spuds lasagna only gave them the runs

If I could pull that sort of thing off, I'd be the one in a bid to buy Arsenal.

But I'll take a guess anyway:

7, 19, 22, 40, 2, 10, 31

Is that the right amount?

Tell me if I get any right :)

HERES HOPING MY NUMBERS UP!! FOR RAMS SAKE!!

Post by I Hate Hleb »

BLOODY HELL, RAM - I HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT!! 8) THOSE ARE MY LOTTERY NUMBERS (EXCEPT THE LAST ONE BECAUSE WE ONLY USE SIX IN BRITAIN). :o

I HOPE YOU REALLY HAVE GOT 'THE GIFT'!! 8) :D AH, I CAN HEAR PETER HILL-WOOD NOW:

"LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, I WOULD LIKE TO INTRODUCE TO YOU, THE NEW OWNER OF ARSENAL FOOTBALL CLUB...." 8) :D

DON'T WORRY RAM. SHOULD THIS COME TRUE, I WILL, OF COURSE, OFFER YOU A SEAT ON THE BOARD AS A REWARD. HOWEVER, YOU WILL HAVE TO BACK ME IN ALL MY DECISIONS - FOR THE GOOD OF THE CLUB, OBVIOUSLY!!

FINGERS CROSSED, EH??

OH, I ALMOST FORGOT. MIND YOU, IF IT DOESN'T COME TRUE AND YOU PROVE TO BE A CHARLATAN, THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM IN MY 'AQUARIUM' - AND THE SHARKS IN THERE HAVEN'T BEEN FED FOR A LITTLE WHILE!!

Sagan is good news, he was voted best Right back in the french league and played the all season :38 games... an excellent right back for Arsenal, achange from Injury/crybaby/Eboue.

looks like a good signing this eboue is good at running up the wing but he isnt that good at defending, lauren is a better defender really so it will be good to have a proper right back, i think eboue would be better on the wing like it ays in that article

Im pleased we have signed someone but what do you think will happen to Eboue or Clichy (depending on what position he is playing in)??????? I always thought they were good in their positions anyway

daz10_uk nothing is going to happen to Clichy he is the number 1 left back.As for Eboue as has been said many times before Eboue is not a good enough defender he may have a future as a wide right player but when the season starts i see him just as a squad player and not a starter.Maybe this will give Eboue the kick up the arse he needs.Wenger would not be buying Sagana if he was happy with Eboue.
Will EBOUE CANT DEFEND be changing his name to EBOUE CANT PLAY IN MIDFIELD?

Fair points Donaldo ive always rated Eboue a lot higher as a right back than many people on this forum and feel a bit sorry for Hoyte as he will be pushed further back in the queue but if Sagna is as good as people say then he should improve our overal team/squad.....
