Will this be the record for the fastest locked thread!
I would not want to live in a country where there is no right to protest, but personally I think those protesters are well off key.
Those troops have been rising their lives to try and pacify a hostile country and are braver than those protesters by a long long way.
There were many "Stop The War' protests before the war, and now that the troops are coming home these protesters are still protesting!
Yet I do not see them protesting about the atrocities in Darfur and North Korea.
These protestors were a fanatical organised group rather than a spontaneous group of mainstream Muslims, but there is no doubt this country does have a core of fanatical Muslims who are keen on violence.
Trouble is, there are a lot more who do not get involved in violence, so the demonization of Muslims must be avoided.

For me 100% disgrace.
Had I been up in Bedford trying to get an anti Taliban march going on likely I'd have been arrested. Cos there is no Taliban in the UK, or other fundamentalists eh?
But Muslims are allowed to protest at the home coming of hero's? Lets not understate the word now. Those guys are real hero's every one, even those not on the front line. Who probably would have died defending the same fucks denouncing them.

Disgrace. Another example of minority groups controlling the majority. But Muslims are allowed to protest at the home coming of hero's? Lets not understate the word now. Doesn't matter what religion you are - all citizens of this country should be grateful for the sacrifices these soldiers made.
I was pleased to see at a home game recently (Sunderland, I think) that when the announcer told the crowd that there were some recently returned soldiers in the stadium, the whole crowd applauded.

Our lads are doing a very difficult job. They deserve some appreciation.

Real problem is that we now have British Army fighting British Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan...both of which us, British taxpayers are financing one way or another...knowing history I'm afraid it's only question of time before they bring fight back home...I sincerely hope i'm wrong on this one...
Just to clarify something mentioned above, over 1 000 000 people who protested in 2003 on streets of London against war in Iraq were not 'fanatical organized group'...they were right!!!
Everybody's admiting it now, mr Miliband and mr Obama included...

I hate these wankers with a passion!
Who else would be allowed to label someone a baby rapist?
I can see some kind of uprising in this country against certain members of our community and to be honest I will probably feel happy being part of it.
Our country is being fucked over by ungrateful scum who disgust me.
I will no doubt be called a racist for this but that really isn't the case and is actually a very narrow minded point of view.
