What the hell is going on with Sagna?

What the hell is going on with Sagna?

Post by mattbanger »

Right he was pictured putting on an arsenal shirt at the emirates! But still no offical annoucement from the club? Weird Non!

And Now Caen have annouced that they have recieved no contact from arsenal about Gouffran. As well as the Martins rumour has died a death!! are we signing any of these players or what!!

Sagna is coming to arsenal, so i wouldn't worry about that. with gouffran i would say that it wouldn't be the first time that arsenal get linked with a young french player that they have nothing to do with because some fat fleet street *word censored* has space that he can't fill with real journalism due to his total lack of ability. And as for martins, i for one will be very pleased if we don't sign him, he does undoubtedly have flashes of brilliance, but he far too often goes missing for the game, he is too temperamental and at the moment what we need most is consistency.

Dont Panic

He has already had a medical. And he will wear the number 3 shirt. He is a Gooner. Martins is the next signing.

Why is everyone so sure about Martins coming. That signing just doesn't make sense to me.

Yeah I agree on Sagna and as regards the silence regarding the Martins transfer - could be a case of no news is good news, cos when that fat-headed gobshite Allardyce took over at Newcastle, he was horrified to find that Owen and Martins had get out of jail cheap cards, and promised the Geordies that he was gonna make it his first priority to secure their services but so far, he has said diddly so maybe he's resigned to the fact that he is goin to lose at least one of his top two strikers, and Martins' camp has been warned to keep schtum by Wenger, who is tryin to avoid a bidding war at all costs, if he wants a move to N. London!

I believe we will sign Martins but i cant believe why Arsene never even tried to get Benni McCarthty. The man proved himself last season(2nd top scorer in the premiership) and has bags of experience in Europe. Why is he still stuck at a small club like Blackburn?

I thought Man Utd went in for Benni McCarthy and Blackburn Said Hands Off hes got a contract and hes happy at the club, also this was followed by Benni saying he was happy and wanted to focus on Blackburn.

I understand what your saying Donaldo and would love Benni or Obafemi Martins to join us

Ahh so it is about time too, thought everyone was having simultaneous hallucinations for a few weeks there.

Another good signing!

See, when we make signings we make good, intelligent ones. (mostly)

We don't just buy them because there is a FOR SALE sign

or we don't just buy the most expensive ones because they must obviously be the best ones.

it's true, if we'd slapped a 30 mil price tag on cygan and said we weren't taking any less real would have been in there like ron jeremy!
