Sagna in Hoyte out?
Do you think the signing of Sanga will spell the end for justin hoyte.. Sounds like sagna's prefered postion is the right side of defence.. and Justin is young and english.. Sounds like three reasons Arsene will let him go..??

how else could you describe theo but young talented and english, we're a big club now, it's not enough to be quite talented anymore, you have to be really fucking special to get a run in the first team, that's why hoyte might get the chance to stick around. Only time will tell.
oh yeah, and the hitler comments... NOT COOL

I dont think Justin Hoyte is off (well not this year anyway)
Sagna can fill in a number of posistions as can Eboue!
this season its the African nations cup meaning we will lose Eboue and Toure for a long period! selling Hoyte will leave us short for cover in the right back Posistion
Also its been rumoured that Eboue will be pushed into rightside midfield if Freddie does depart
so Justin is here for at least one more year!! so look forward to Madrid want Hoyte in the Daily scum

Another thing, Hoyte can also play centre-half and has also covered at left-back for both the reserves and England U21's.
As well as cover when losing Eboue in January, I think Hoytes versatility may be the reason he is kept by Wenger.
Not sure he is quite top level, but he is an Arsenal fan and would like to keep him if at all possible.

I disagree (what a suprise! )
Arsene clearly loves full backs who are as effective going forward as they are defending. Maybe even more so!
With our lack of pace wide in midfield the full backs overlapping in advanced areas acts as a compensation for this.
I have not seen this guy play to be honest but from the pictures Sagna is one big boy ( not in the tackle dept) and if he has the pace to go with it I think he would scare the shit out of a few full backs himself!
I would love to see Hoyte and Gilbert stay instead of Eboue if Im honest! My view is tainted by Eboue's embarrasing Robben type antics and is so not purely an ability one! I hate saying it but I have been ahamed of him at times!
Plus as we all know Eboue Cant Defend!
