Sagna in Hoyte out?

Post by RocastleRock »

Do you think the signing of Sanga will spell the end for justin hoyte.. Sounds like sagna's prefered postion is the right side of defence.. and Justin is young and english.. Sounds like three reasons Arsene will let him go..??

Well it's prob the end of Gilbert
I rate Hoyte & Gilbert i think they both have/had a future at Arsenal
Give it till January then we'll know what Wenger is planning

I don't think so unless anyone comes in with 'the right offer'.

Sagna is versatil so wouldn't necessarily say it's the end of anyone.

I would be gutted to see two young gifted english lads leave Arsenal again!! But as i've memtioned before Le Boss loves ethnic clensing!! Him and Hitler were best buddies! the only thing they disagreed on was one hated the Jews and the other hated young talented english footballers!!!

how else could you describe theo but young talented and english, we're a big club now, it's not enough to be quite talented anymore, you have to be really fucking special to get a run in the first team, that's why hoyte might get the chance to stick around. Only time will tell.

oh yeah, and the hitler comments... NOT COOL

I dont think Justin Hoyte is off (well not this year anyway)
Sagna can fill in a number of posistions as can Eboue!
this season its the African nations cup meaning we will lose Eboue and Toure for a long period! selling Hoyte will leave us short for cover in the right back Posistion

Also its been rumoured that Eboue will be pushed into rightside midfield if Freddie does depart

so Justin is here for at least one more year!! so look forward to Madrid want Hoyte in the Daily scum

Another thing, Hoyte can also play centre-half and has also covered at left-back for both the reserves and England U21's.

As well as cover when losing Eboue in January, I think Hoytes versatility may be the reason he is kept by Wenger.

Not sure he is quite top level, but he is an Arsenal fan and would like to keep him if at all possible. 8) :)

Saw Justins younger brother Gavin Hoyte taking driving lessons the other day lets hope he's defending is better than his driving

I don't know too much about this guy but there's no way Wenger's paid £7M (if that's what we actually paid that is) for a right back. I reckon he's gonna use him a s a back up for everywhere along the defence and in midfield. Hopefully he can become a good version of Nelson Vivas

I disagree (what a suprise! )

Arsene clearly loves full backs who are as effective going forward as they are defending. Maybe even more so!

With our lack of pace wide in midfield the full backs overlapping in advanced areas acts as a compensation for this.

I have not seen this guy play to be honest but from the pictures Sagna is one big boy ( not in the tackle dept) and if he has the pace to go with it I think he would scare the shit out of a few full backs himself!

I would love to see Hoyte and Gilbert stay instead of Eboue if Im honest! My view is tainted by Eboue's embarrasing Robben type antics and is so not purely an ability one! I hate saying it but I have been ahamed of him at times!

Plus as we all know Eboue Cant Defend!

Eboue can defend though?

I think Hoyte will stay. He should - he is a good player and a has a massive potential

In the current bun they have said about Gallas moaning at Wenger not sepnding enough money and they could use the sagna move to sell on Gallas but I think they are just putting two stories together again.
