'The Club has never been in a better position'

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

'The Club has never been in a better position'

Just read this interview with Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood.

http://www.arsenal.com/article.asp?this ... osition%27

I have spent the last week saying the board have been useless during pre-season.
but seeing this there are some good points i.e Hill-Wood is cofident Arsene is staying.

Is this just a load of BullShite or should i believe him and why not ask him questions about the possible takeover thats what we really want to know about.

I am confident about this season but im not sure this interview will change my mind on the boards main priorities (Themselves) however all in all the move to the Emirates apears to be a good one.

Same here!

Fed up of paper talk drivel! Will he go wont he stay does he love the club etc etc!

Lets ge the squad settled and see what we can do! Im not that optimisitc but then again not pessimistic! Guess thats why I wanna get on with it as Im unsure if where we are.

Can RVP and Ade get us the goals we need, will Eduardo play wide, will Hleb fucking shoot just once please! Can Gallas and Kolo do the business as a pair? Has Jens got any hair left? Pressing questions!

Questions questions! Bring on August and let the answers start to role in!

Are there still improvements you want to make to the stadium?

Yes, it's on-going. I can't give any specific details but we're not complacent in thinking we've got it all right in the first year. But overall it has been a tremendous success.

Not giving ne specific detail coz chelsea or man u will come and nick em and real arselona will try nicing em!!!!!
